Message	1) Double-nut method - You put two nuts on the stud and torque them together, use the lower nut to loosen the stud 2) Stud-removing tool 3) Vise-grip - I mention this method last since it damages the exterior of the stud depending on how tightly torqued in it is. This does not affect the strength of the stud. Removing the stud is definitely not difficult. *********************************
